On April 18, 2022, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the “Jalal-Abad State University named after B.Osmonov Medical Faculty” Kyrgyz Republic and “Kafkas University” Kars, Republic of Turkey. At the signing of the memorandum, our university was represented by the rector of the JASU Institute of Education, Prof. Usenov Keneshbek Zhumabekovich. And from Kafkas University by the rector’s representative Prof. Onur Atakisi. As part of the memorandum, both parties will make efforts to strengthen cooperation between faculty and students, carry out joint development of educational programs and implement joint professional development projects.
