The robot simulator of a cardiac patient is designed to develop practical skills in examining a cardiac patient, making a diagnosis and prescribing treatment (as part of the primary accreditation program in the specialties “General Medicine” and “Pediatrics” for the station “Diagnostics of CVS Diseases”).

Specifications:

The robot simulator is a model of a real person with a repetition of the skeletal structure and the transfer of the anatomical structure of the human body. The neck, arms and legs have realistic mobility.

Imitation of human skin by visual and tactile sensations.

Anatomical seamless face mask made of elastic polyurethane, visually and tactilely simulates the skin of a real person.

The simulator is controlled from a tablet computer.
Bedside monitor simulator 22″ on a mobile platform.

Implemented functional features:
Pupils automatically react to light (normal, constricted, bilateral asymmetry).
The dummy is able to reproduce individual interjections, wheezing, coughing, calls for help.
The pulse is felt at 4 points – bilaterally.
Measurement of blood pressure.

Auscultation of the following heart sounds at four points:
– without splitting S2
– splitting S2
– tone S4 (gallop rhythm)
– tones S3 and S4 (gallop rhythm)
– aortic stenosis
– mitral regurgitation
– mitral stenosis
– aortic regurgitation
– sinus tachycardia
– sinus bradycardia
– atrial flutter
– single ventricular extrasystole
– flutter ventricular
– ventricular fibrillation.

Auscultation of lung sounds anteriorly and posteriorly:

– normal
– weak in the left lung
– bronchial breathing
– large bubbling rales
– fine bubbling rales
– dry rales
– rales.

Auscultation of the sounds of intestinal peristalsis:
– normal
– increased peristalsis
– partial intestinal obstruction
– no peristalsis

Removal of the following ECG parameters:
– normal
– atrial fibrillation
– atrial flutter
– ventricular extrasystoles
– ventricular tachycardia
– ventricular flutter
– ventricular fibrillation
– myocardial infarction (acute stage)
– myocardial infarction (subacute stage)

Simulation of dialogue with the patient (wireless).

The pre-installed multimedia software is developed on the basis of the Windows platform with an intuitive interface that does not require additional training for users of any skill level. The software allows training in diagnostic skills, making a decision on the course of treatment and testing based on the material covered. The teacher can independently maintain and edit the database of students, archive data on training and testing.
